Private Transportation

Lakewood Village is just a few blocks away from onramps to US Highway 101 and CA Route 237, and just a few miles from all of the other major freeways in Silicon Valley:

  • CA Route 85 (5.1 miles)
  • CA Route 87 (4.8 miles).

Public Transportation

Lakewood Village has direct service from the Santa Clara Valley Transit Authority’s (VTA) #55 bus line. The VTA #122, #321, #328, and #521 express bus lines and a VTA Light Rail station are all within a mile of Lakewood Village, at Lawrence Expressway and Tasman Drive. The nearest Caltrain station is about two miles away, on Lawrence Station Road and San Zeno Way.

For longer trips, Lakewood Village is less than two miles away from a Greyhound station, less than two miles away from an Amtrak station, five miles from San Jose International Airport, and 29 miles from San Francisco International Airport.
