I've had the SDK for about two weeks and have not gone through all of the docs
but have not been able to find specific info on the IR port. I do know it is
"just another" serial port and you can not use both at the same time. Therfore,
I'm assuming the unit acts as if you have just one serial port....but how do you
tell it "I want to use the IR port?". If any one can point me to the right docs
I would appreciate it. Chapter 21.2 of the Concepts book shows how to open a
serial port but does not mention the zoomer IR port. Is the connector com1 and
the IR port com2??
About the memory leaks. How do you tell how much heap is being used? I've had
my Zoomer for over 3-weeks and have been using it everyday switching among all
the apps and it still seems to be able to hold 2-3 apps active at a time? And I
know of know way to tell me how much of the heap is available. The File:Info
menu option in many of the apps tell how much of the RAM Disk is used, etc. but
this is not where the apps run! As far as I can tell there is no noticable
signs of a memory leak!
