We are starting a project here with mobile pda-based fax, which will
progress to web access, bbs access including CD-ROMs, etc, all mobile!

I'm travelling to the US to check out the PDA market and will report my
findings here, but let me first ask: of all the products available
currently for beta test, which would you pick? I'd also like to hear,
privately if you prefer, from people who write software for these things.

By the way, my Zoomer is esconsed in a lovely dark-green leather bag I
bought in Ladakh. I won't go there for you, but I can get similar bags
made locally. If you have special desires, like oversized pockets with
buttons not zips or something, I can try, but hurry. I'd gladly accept an
American accessory of your choice in exchange. I just need to know how
many. I'll be visiting NY, DC, LA, SF and Chicago, not to forget
Duesseldorf. To be sure to get me after the 15th of September, send mail
to amehta@cerf.net

I do not want my house to be walled in on all sides and my windows to be
stuffed. I want the cultures of all the lands to be blown about my house
as freely as possible. But I refuse to be blown off my feet by any--Gandhi.
