Expert Plus Mode

Ok Ok I am somewhat new to the Zoomer world but not new to GEOS. I got a copy
of expplus, installed it and now have a few problems/questions.

1) Zoomer locks up when switching from ink to graffiti text (In notebook)
2) Closing filemanger or Launcher reboots zoomer (I suspect by design)
3) Is there any way to ditch the express menu?
4) Is there a way to show multiple file windows (i.e. show drive B and C to drag and drop
between them?)
5) Any way to by pass the setup stuff everytime I have to reboot? (Since it locks up alot now)
6) Some programs seem a lot slower to load (i.e. preferences)
