You can reformat the card in a DOS based laptop to 1 meg. The same happened
to me. An added bonus for me... I already owned a 256k pcmcia card. After I
used the Newton card, I reformatted my 256k card. The Zoomer formatted it to
1meg! I tested it in other machines and by loading it with 400k worth of
files. The default for my Zoomer format option is 1 meg now I guess. And it
seems there is no difference (sizewise) between a 256k HP type II card and a
1 meg Newton card.
