Well let me say this about that. They won't bother with pushing XPRESS
because they don't make MONEY from it. It is a wonderful and free service
(Unless you take the business stock part, which has no value to me at all).
What they WILL sell you is the $70 a month telecommunications highway when it
arrives.
Sadly, I predict that since they will probably give it to schools at a
discount, XPRESS will go away.
