I suspect that along with its extremely low advertising profile and a general
lack of sales support from local cable franchises, the general population
has a little problem with the idea of hooking the cable up to the computer.
Maybe if the service ran on the TV itself using a set-top converter and
remote control device it would be more successful? Of course, then we'd
have much less access to the datastream :-(.
