One "answer" is to call a few TCI systems and pretend to be a subscriber
wanting to know if you can get "that service that connects your computer to
the cable" or even ask about it by name. My TCI system has little clue
that the service even exists.
Advertising? Can't be too much nor too good if their own sales people
don't know about it.
