Something I'm a bit curious to find out from people doing this, is
it seems that you're making this information available to a large
number of people, does XIS charge anything for this? Right now, I
have X*Change which there is no monthly fee for feeding into Usenet
on a public bbs I run, at the moment, no one beside me can read it
because of the permission of the directories where xpress is dumping
stuff... Since the service is virtually free, and the system is a
free system for anyone who wants accounts, is there any reason to
do this?

In trying to get an answer from XIS, they were more than slightly
vague, the only thing I've made any headway on is the nat. weather
service stuff, which as long as its credited to the nws, there
shouldn't be a problem, but would XIS have a cow over this?

I'm mostly curious if anyone else has checked into this... and gotten
any farther than I have right now.
