If Brian is referring to the LITES.COM program of PC Magazine fame then:

Lites was very buggy for me the 1 time I tried it way back when it first
came out. ( I got my copy from SIMTEL20 after seeing the mag article.)

There has since been a second *updated* version available from PC MAG NET
but I don't know if its updated on SIMTEL20 so I don't know if it fixes
your problem.
