Yes. As you can evaluate (ie. look at) Sun's source code for free, I
don't think that a great deal of technical innovation would be required
to reimplement the JVM - just follow-the-dots. I know a local chap (in
Sydney) who's already done a JVM clone, though I'm not certain about his
platform; if I can get him interested I'll put him onto you and maybe
something can be worked out.
