I have had a similar problem, but I guess not as serious as yours. What I do
that seems to fix the problem until the next reset is go into preferences and
do the recalibrate at least twice or until I can click in the center of the
blinking squares. My tracking problem appeared when I upgraded to Expert+ mode
(althought I would never go back to the old way! Expert+ is really a plus). My
right side seems to be about 2 cm off. But if I go and recalibrate (it seems to
only happen after a reset) everything works fine.
