Error in FileRead

I pressed the right button, and after the appropriate time, I was back at
the Zoomer bootup screen ("Congratulations..."). I reopened my notebook
file I was working with and everything was there, no sweat. Then, I tried
opening my Datebook and it said the file was damaged. I keep a duplicate
copy in another directory, so I opened that one and it worked fine. I went
to file manager and deleted the (I thought) offending datebook file (I have
different files here also). Then I copied my backup from the BACKUP
directory to the DOCUMENT directory. I tried reopening the datebook and it
reopened, but it was about 4X the size of the screen. It wouldn't all fit
on the screen and there were no scroll bars to move it around. I tried
reopening the file again from within Datebook. Same extra large screen.
Then I opened the default Datebook file that is created when the Zoomer
starts up and everything was the correct size. I switched to my regular
file and presto, it was back to the correct size. I couldn't repeat the
error. I switched tasks and reopened the Datebook several times, and it
seems to work fine now. I then deleted the original Datebook file, so now
it only opens the file that I use. Everything seems to be okay now. Any
comments on what happened?
