Yes it is possible and wonderful!! :-)
The book reader that has been mentionned lately is the easiest and
best way to view/read some books. Of course it's on AOL but I believe
it might be on our FTP site as well. If not I would be willing to
email the stuff. (I think it's cool that it's possible to send files
via email. Yes they're large but it's cheap!)
What I like to do on the other hand, is to connect to gophers and WWW
that contain etexts and download/copy them. Then convert them to
Notebook files (one notebook file can hold up to 600 pages!) and then
read away. Three meg or my PCMCIA card is just etexts. It's a blast
and it's something to do on the road.
