I looked into the Maxtor cards for my palmtop HP and I found that they
are not ATA cards and must have a driver to be used. My guess is they
won't work with the Zoomer.
Also, Educalc, who sells them, has reported having a LOT of returns on
the larger cards. They seem to have a lot of problems with them. They
said the ones under 8 meg were ok, just the larger ones had problems.
