SRAM vs. FLASH RAM

Hi.

I am new in Zoomer list. (Ridiculous... Zoomer is discontinued...:) )
What is the difference between SRAM and Flash Memory for using with Zoomer?

SRAM is for Internal memory which can run the applications, and Flash
Memory is just like FLOPPY DISK for data storage? Is that right?

If it is... 10Mb Sundisk Flash Memory (It's 5V DC) works with Zoomer?
What about 20Mb Sundisk (12V DC) ?

This sounds idiot... but I am totally new in PDA...
