The Zoomer's already running with a Motif GUI. Moreover, the
handwriting recognition usually interprets what I write as
"awk" or "sed" or "yacc". What more do you want? :-)

Your best bet is to run one of the Zoomer-specific xfer programs under
DOS emulation. But if you really insist on using cat, there is a file
capture mode in the shareware version of zcommlite. I haven't tried
it though -- I have a low tolerance for pain.
