Hi,
Format the card on a Newton (They use a different format - Flash File
System). Then insert the card in a powered Zoomer (FAT) and close the latch.
The system will ask to format the card. Answer yes and it will format the
card for the right size.

If you choose the file manager menu options to format the card you will
always end up with a 128k card.
