I got the same thing. The droid at RS figured out about 2 minutes into the
conversation that I came into the store with a bunch of part #'s. He claimed
that the HWR software was much better in the Z-PDA.... We laughed pretty
hard. I pointed out that I came in with part numbers. When he finally
clued in, he told me he would be on his way to Price Club
that night to pick one up for his daughter.

I think it is a Religious Radio Slack thing. If you ever hear some
of their salesmen, they will tell you damn near anything to make the sale.
I think it just comes with the territory.
