Upload files to NoteBook,HELP

I would like to transfer some ascii files into the Note Book utility of my
Zoomer. Any idea how to use Publisher to do this? Until now I was able only to
use 'link files' and then read the file with the AOL editor, but I will like
to have the flexibility of Note Book.
