Diddo here, I tried playing around with it as well, and no luck, I used the
BRICKS.000 in the /SYSTEM/BACKGRND geopublish directory, and modified my
NET.INI file to read what is mentioned below. No luck?

Do the Backgrnd=stuff need to be in a special place under the [UI] paragraph?
