Hi All,

I also have had a Zoomer for 2 weeks, this note was composed on my zoomer,
and then sent to American On-line. I have been sending and receiving internet
mail all week via aol.
Aol is nice with the Zoomer, when you log on and have new mail, the Zoomer
talks to you! It says "You have mail", Too bad Casio didn't add talking or
sound bites to anything else.
I have been talking to Casio and there will be a motorola Pcmcia card,
pager-receive only, you will be able (for a $20 an up fee) to receive news,
sports, weather, pages, internet mail, stock quotes, etc...All wireless! Cost
will be around $200 for card...
Geoworks is coming out with two cards for Zoomer, 1mb,2mb, that will increase
speed of zoomer, as well as give you more space, it increases speed by giving
the zoomer more memory to have 4-6 applications open at once, vs. 2-3 now. It
will also do some caching.
I have heard that if Casio does come out with a new chip, that you may be
able to send the device back to Casio to do a rom upgrade..I hope so, but I
won't hold my breath!
