Well, it turns out that there is a kludge that lets you import text
into a NoteBook page:
* Create a dummy address book
* Get your text in comma-separated-value format. This means that
each note page will consist of a single quoted string. Newlines
can be imbedded, and quotes should be doubled. For example:
"This is page one, with one line of text"
"This is page two
and this is the second line
and the third, with ""quotes"""
"Page three"
This will create three note pages.
* Import this file into the address book, mapping the single field
to the Sketch Page.
* Now, you have a bunch of unnamed entries in your address book.
Open the note book you want to put the pages into, and create
a bunch of new pages. Go to each sketch page in the address
book and do a "select all". Go to each note book page and do
a "paste all". Create the page titles by hand.
There! Wasn't that easy?
