Sounds like the c preprocessor on unix systems.

Does anyone know if the assembler docs will be available or if there are
any clues to the Esp assembler. The docs indicate that it is a superset 
of the microsoft macro assembler. For those of us who are comfortable
working in assembler, we could go ahead and get started. As to using
Borland C/C++ I am kinda bummed, I already have Zortech 3.x C++.
