No, it is a completely new machine.  The details that have been made 
public are that it is a larger machine with a detachable keyboard in 
addition to a pen interface.  Sharp will probably make a formal 
announcement with more specifics within the month.  Like the Zoomer, it 
will run GEOS and Palm's applications will be able to share data between
the two machines.
