Ahhh, so it's generated from the directory structure in b:\geoworks\world!
No wonder I couldn't find a config file :-).  So I guess they first
list everything in the "Desk Accessories" subdirectory (currently, only the
calculator), then list all executables in \geoworks\world, and then
list other subdirectories as cascading menus.  Interesting...
