I've heard of cases of digitizer creep, but only small, vertical amounts. Calibrate occasoinally. Excessive creep should be reported.
There was an instance where, after trauma, the Zoomer appeared to be autistic on reset. The calibration had gotton off so far that the sensitive area under the launcher hard icon was all the way down under the lip of the case.
