Best way to backup (thinking of that upgrade for my zoomer!)

whats the best way to do a total backup of my zoomer (not the rom just the
ram) i dont want to have to do a lot of typeing with zdos just be able to
tell it to copy everything off the zoomer to my pc and then be able to put
it back on when I get my zoomer back.
