Scott,

Intellink (a PDA file conversion, backup util for Windows) will convert files
from the following Casio PDA's.

Casio SF-4/5000, 5300B, 7/9000, 7900 and R10/R20 models. You can very easily
load the files into Intellink, and save them out as a Zoomer address book.

You can purchase it at Radio Shack. Intellink is based in Nashua NH, call info
for their number.
