you may be aware of the current vote about the Geos newsgroups. In order to
get more third party development, especially for Zoomer, I think that the
following message should be read carefully. If sufficient votes for the
creation of a Geos-dev group are collected, then we may see some "emulation"
among the hobbyists or regular developper and the proliferation of information
about ways to develop new Geos applications.
If you read the comp.os.geos newsgroup, you may have read that a kind of
SmallTalk for Geos is under preparation. The only current problem is a lack
of information about the memory allocation process in the kernel of Geos.
This kind of problem might have been solved in a geos-dev dedicated newsgroup.
