Unfortunately there is no GEOS/NDO software that supports either PPP or SLIP
which is what you would need in order to connect to another ISP. There are
some DOS-based applications, Net-Tamer for instance, but without somesort of
keyboard input your out of luck. I toyed with the idea of a pop-up DOS keyboard
but have not found any that don't at least require a mouse input, which the
Zoomer does not take the pen as in DOS(a possible work-around I have not tried
would be to use the modem(straight serial?) cable and hook it up to a mouse/
trackball/whatever and then load the appropriate drivers and voila a mouse in
DOS! If this would work you could technically hook-up some sort of serial
keyboard in the same manner. The only options I see in your case are 1) to wait
for GEOS/NDO 3.0(providing it will run on a Zoomer) because it is suppose to
have PPP and SLIP ability and even some sort of browser, 2) go to another non-
GEOS PDA that has the ability, or 3) if you want to at least stick to GEOS go
to something like a HP200LX running GEOS and then run a DOS internet application
like Net-Tamer. One other option is to possibly go to another provider that
may have a GEOS app(didn't CompuServe have a Geos app at one time?).
