C.O.D. = Cash On Delivery
It's an old service that has existed for a long time
Basicly he sends it the post office then apon delivery charges you
the delivery charges plus what ever the sender asks for the item
if you reject delivery (as is your option) the sender gets the pacage
back when he pays for the delivery costs...
