I just did some surfing, and here's what I found out:

PreTec ( http://www.pretec.com/products/flashata.html is the URL of the page of
interest) has one product that specifically says that it is compatible with the
"Hewlett Packard OmniGo 100" (guessing this was before the 120 came out, so they
didn't mention it). As for prices, if you follow the Order, you'll find:

4MB $199
8MB $310
12MB $440
16MB $550
20MB $639

(these sizes are all "unformatted").

As for SanDisk ( http://www.sandisk.com/ ), they have lots of different kinds
of cards, but they give no word at all as to compatibility with the OmniGo.
They also don't mention prices.

That 4MB one seems right up my alley... any reasons why I should avoid it for
my '100?

In Christ,
Michael
