I want to report a happy service experience with HP:
About a week ago, my Omnigo 100 refused to come on, even with a
fresh set of batteries. I called HP and they said to send it for an
estimate or I could pay $175 up front for repairs. I sent the unit to
them for an estimate thinking it would be a good long wait, but today
the OG was delivered to me by UPS: new screen, new batteries, cleaned up
and. . . NO CHARGE! Thanks, HP, and Merry Christmas!
