Have you tried rebooting (shift + on + next)? It's worked for me with
my Flash Ram card. (Of course I only have 1 nights experience so far)

You can't remove any of the built-in apps. I have tried with the File Manager.
I'm not sure if this is due to file permissions (file marked as read only) or
because it is a link to the ROM. Maybe someone who has download dos tools
to change permissions can try changing them.

I love my OmniGo too. It is the best bang for the buck in PDA's!
