There's probably something wrong with the card. I noticed you cc:'d to
direct mobile. Good. They we're really helpfull regarding the "upside
down label" problem, they replaced my entire Og because their card broke
the eject lever, and I didn't even buy the Og from them, just two $40
cards. Get them to replace the card, and good luck with the next one.
