Er, that's funny, I have a developer kit, vintage 1988. Maybe they changed
their policy. They required a non-disclosure agreement, and the documents
say that they must approve software if it is to be distributed.

My kit includes pascal routines (on paper, of course) to decode the incoming
data, along with lots of documentation on the data streams used. It's
obviously old, but hopefully not too out of date. I never finished my
code, mostly because the decoder box that we were loaned went away, so I
can't tell you if the format is still being followed.

I'm not sure what the legal status is right now, since the non-disclosure
agreement was signed by someone who had no official position within PSU and
graduated several years ago.
