Danny,

There are the small arrow keys at the edge of the keyboard, but some programs
will also use the embedded numeric keypad keys as arrow keys, even though they
don't actually have arrows on them like standard keyboards do. Strangely
enough, I even have a program that uses the 1 and 3 in this layout (actually
the J and L keys) as left and right arrows. Experiment! Try using these keys
with and without the NUM LOCK on. Of course the combination you come up with
might impede your other typing!

Other than that it's a question of your telecomm program and the emulation you
are using--these can be funny things sometimes. I use an early version of
Kermit and have never had any problems.
