Robert ... I think the drive needs to be "prepped" using the utilities
supplied on drive D:. When you turn on the UltraLite, don't you get
the menu bar across the top of the screen and the pop-down menu choice
that initializes the C: drive (both prep and format)?

I think the prep function is called "initialize" on the menu choice.
