Hi Scott,

I tried to send these to Phil but the email bounced; I don't have his correct
email address. Can you please forward them (or answer them if you'd rather).

Thanks,

John Stearns

Hi Phil,

Thanks again for coming out here and putting on the course. It was very
enlightening. I had some questions about a stack I was working on, but didn't
have an opportunity to show it to you.

1. I have an imported image of an application window in the background. I have
a half dozen lessons I wish to teach, that is, when the user clicks on the
lesson, a grouping of balloons and images appear on top of the application
window. Is it more efficient to use the same card and display/hide the groups
of images or should I have a separate card (cloned from the background card)
with each lesson group? I suspect I should do whatever takes up the least
space since I may have a fair number of screen captures.

2. On the subject of efficiency, is it better to use your snapshot tool or is
there a graphics format such as .gif or jpeg that I should use? I didn't quite
understand you answer on Friday.

3. Is there a built-in spell checker for MetaCard?

Thanks,

John Stearns
