I have modified the Address stack in the tutorial a little. It looks
more or less the same, but it also writes the addresses in FrameMaker 3.0
MIF format. That way I am able to make my own phone book with the format
I like. You are welcome to have a copy of it (so that you can print your
own phone book with the format you like).

I started with an idea of making a mail merge for Frame Maker, but got
only this far. Please let me know if you are interested in this stuff,
I'd like to exchange ideas, or even pieces of externals to do this work.
