Our Internet connection (the Colorado SuperNet or CSN) has been having
severe problems delivering mail the past few weeks (victims of their
own success, I hear). MetaCard technical support email response times
are therefore stretching out, sometimes for several days. We
apologize for the delays, and hope to resume our usual prompt service
as soon as CSN gets its act together.
