The Sunnyvale Knights, Junior Pee Wee (ages 8 ­ 11), cheerleaders won first place in their division at this year’s California Western Regional Competition. The event was held in Reno, Nevada on November 26.

As a result, they were eligible to advance on to the US National Cheerleading Competition in Florida the week of December 6.

This is the first time in six years that the girls in this division have gotten the chance to compete in the US Nationals. Congratulations, girls, and Go Knights!
