It would appear so, but you , of course, would have to buy the OmniGo,
and the actual licensing might ethically prohibit it.

The only development kit is Geoworks' SDK CD-ROM. Geoworks keeps saying
that they are developing a visual programming tool, but, like most of
their projects, it will probably be a while before anything surfaces.
