You can export your database files into comma-separated value (CSV)
format, and then use Intellilink to map the CSV fields into the
AddressBook's fields and create an AddressBook file. That's basically
what I did when I first got my Zoomer and needed to import a bunch of
address book data. I was using GeoFile, not Paradox or dBase, but it
should work just as well with any application that can export CSV.
