How can i exchange files with my Windows based desktop? and several other questions

I want the addresses from my Paradox or dBase database into my zoomer.
What should be the best way to do this?
Is there a windows program with witch I can directly put appointments in the Zoomer's datebook file?

Could intellilink solv any of these problems.
And what are your experinces with it?

The Zoomer seems to get slower and slower after when more applications have been opened.
It seems to me that applications can not be closed in order to make it faster.
Is rebooting the only solution to this problem?

What can Penright do what Geos Can not.
Does it e.g. use file types that can be easier be exchanged with dos file-types?
