In file manager, if you tap on the `waste bin icon' without
having something selected that you're dragging and dropping
into it, it makes the file manager icon bar at the bottom of
the window become its own little move-aboutable window !
Wow. I am using expert+ mode, but don't know if that has
anything to do with it....
