The content files are simply "help" files located in
\geoworks\userdata\help. I did a small test by copying one of the help
files (the nutrition one) to C:\geoworks\userdata\help and renamed it to
match the filename for the country & city reference. Voila, it came up
nutrition info when I called up the country & city info. This means that as
long as the required file is in a help file format and has the proper name,
you could "update" the files. Of course, the major problem is that Geoworks
has given us the ability to create new help files from our own sources
(Ensemble's Geowrite has a help editor - Check the FAQ) but there is no way
to edit a help file once it has been created.

So, the answer to your question is "YES" you can create a new, updated area
code file if you want.
