Can't get PalmConnect running in Win '95 !!! HELP !

I am having great difficulty getting PalmConnect to run under Win '95. I
purchased them at almost the same time, so I can't say if this difficulty is
due to Win '95 or not.

Here is what I have tried so far :

-In CONFIG.SYS : DEVICE=C:\WINDOWS\SETVER.EXE
-At DOS prompt : SETVER C:\COM\PALM LOADER.EXE 5.00
-In Sytem Settings : Disabled all 32 bit protect mode disk drivers
(Does this disable 32 bit file access ?)

If any of you have any suggestions I would be eternally grateful... If you
don't I might have to return my Zoomer and PalmConnect... which I don't want
to do... )-:
