Using new SRAM card

I just got the GRID SRAM card from STG. Pretty neat. I put it in the
Zoomer, powered on, it asked me if I wanted to format, I said o'tay and it
seemed to work fine. I went to the C: drive and there was nothing there, but
the zoomer appeared able to read the card. I put the card in my notebook to
transfer some files. The SystemSoft CardWizard recognized it and said that
it was generic SRAM and drive E: however, neither PalmConnect or GeoPublish
will read from or write to the card. I'm sure that is a simple explanation,
but I don't know. Help me. And please don't say the AOL PDA forum in the FAQ
section. Been there, done that, got the T-shirt and couldn't find it.
